The market for Bluetooth headphones is rife with solutions, making it difficult to find a truly attractive product. But the new OnePlus Buds Pro special edition surprises.
OnePlus Buds Pro arrive with a new silver version
The OnePlus Buds Pro arrived on the Portuguese market in 2021, sold in our country for € 149, in black and white. This Tuesday, during the presentation of the OnePlus 10 Pro in China, the brand presented a special edition of its silver headphones.
They officially come under the name ‘Mithril’, a fictional metal from the ‘Lord of the Rings’ saga. Its luxurious appearance is sure to appeal to some consumers, although this edition is no different from the original.
They will be on sale with 11mm drivers, and three-level noise cancellation ranging from 15 dB to 40 dB. It is important to mention that they have Bluetooth 5.2, and support AAC, SBC and LHDC.
They promise not to disappoint in their autonomy. They have 5 hours of playback with active noise cancellation turned on, or up to 7 hours with it turned off. When we put the charging case into the equation, that equates to 28 hours (with ANC) or 38 hours (without ANC).
Each earbud has a 40mAh battery and the charging case is 520mAh. When charged together for just 10 minutes, they promise 10 more hours of playtime and are compatible with Qi wireless charging.
In China they will have a recommended price of € 110 in direct conversion, although they will be on sale for the equivalent of € 97 for a limited time. We will have to wait for the launch of the global version of the OnePlus 10 Pro to know if these attractive headphones will be available for purchase in our country.
