When Manoj Bajpayee called the nepotism debate nonsense, he said, “Spend money where your heart desires.”

Manoj Bajpayee is one of the best actors in the film industry. But it is said that the industry probably did not give him what he deserved. Manoj Bajpayee, one of the self-made stars of the film industry, believes that the debate on nepotism in the industry is futile. She said that now she has understood that this is a nonsense issue and that it happens everywhere. Along with this, she also said that she has no problem with Star Kids getting a job.

In conversation with the ANI, he said that it is a mistake to call this industry a fraternity, since each one is different and works in a different way. Nepotism is a pointless debate because it is a personal investment that a filmmaker makes in someone. Film industry, whether here or elsewhere, some private organizations are investing their money. That’s why I have a problem when you use the word ‘brotherhood’. We don’t have any brotherhood. We are scattered in different places and we work like this.

He said: “If someone’s heart meets some people, then we rise together and do not rise with the one with whom the heart does not fall.” If they want to take their nephew in my place, let them go, his money, what will I do? If they want to do it, let them do it.”

He further said, “The problem arises when exhibitors show discrimination at the exhibition. If you are giving 100 screens to a star child then at least give me 25 screens and next week you will give my 25 screens what will happen to my movie? So the one who is more powerful, he uses the power of him. So that game happens everywhere. Therefore, we should not demand justice from an industry.
