Smartwatches or smartwatches are an excellent complement to our smartphones on a day-to-day basis and, very soon, we will know the OPPO Watch 3. We now have, in effect, several real images, as well as new yield or digital representations of smartphones. In addition, we also have the official launch date of the new product range.

In addition, the Chinese manufacturer itself has already officially confirmed the launch date of the product through its official channels.
The OPPO Watch 3 Series range will be presented on August 10 in China
The “heart” of this new range of watches will be Qualcomm’s promising Snapdragon W5 Gen 1. It is a new generation of chipsets with doubled capacities and greater energy savings thanks to 4nm lithography.
We currently have two processors for this W5 Gen 1 range from Qualcomm, the top model Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1, as well as the base model, Snapdragon W5 Gen 1. In both cases the performance improvements will be remarkable.
Also according to Qualcomm, the new processor supports the Bluetooth 5.3 standard, allows 50% more autonomy compared to the previous generation and occupies up to 30% less thickness, which allows thinner watches, for example.
In view of the above, we have a considerable jump in the processing power of the new range of watches equipped with these SoCs, in addition to better autonomy. The best of all? OPPO was among the first to guarantee the use of these chips.
This is the general design of the OPPO Watch 3 Series smart watch
Taking inspiration from the current market leader, both in design and product nomenclature, the OPPO Watch 3 features a rectangular shape with rounded corners, a pebble-like shape. They will also have a natural curvature, as demonstrated by the manufacturer in the image below, where they also confirm the date of presentation in China.
It is important to note that products must subsequently be introduced to Europe and global markets if they are to be launched outside of China. Until then, we have confirmation of its presentation on August 10 in the national market.
The OPPO Watch 3 range will be equipped with a 1.91-inch curved AMOLED screen, equipped with LTPO technology. That is, we have variable refresh rate on these screens for OPPO’s next range of smart watches.
We can also see at least two types of straps or bracelets in the images shared by Evan Blass, silicone and leather being the chosen materials. We also have a side button, rotating metal crown, as well as the hole for the microphone. That is, we can make calls (receive and start) through the smart watch with a Bluetooth connection to the smartphone.
Information leaks point to model numbers OWW211, OWW212, and OWW213, indicating the existence of three variants. At the moment, however, we cannot confirm its existence, nor the price and availability of the product.
