As of today, the Fitbit Charge 5 health tracker is already on sale for 179 euros.
The brand took the opportunity to also present new content in its Premium service, which now includes trainings given by actor Will Smith and relaxation tips from the English magazine Calm.

Like the health tracker that it is, Charge 5 monitors your heart rate, blood oxygen level, and even checks for electrodermal activity – that is, changes in the electrical properties of your skin.
On the other hand, it monitors the sleep pattern and especially for women it monitors the menstrual cycle. And for your peace of mind, Charge 5 gives you a daily score on how you handle daily stress.
In terms of resources, it offers a handful of functionalities dedicated to physical activity. The daily readiness score, for example, tells you if you’re ready to exercise or if you’d better wait a bit. The Active Zone Minutes mode assesses your heart rate to advise you on how intense you should be in physical activity.
Fitbit Charge 5 is waterproof and equipped with GPS, NFC, Bluetooth, sensors to measure temperature and ambient light. It has a battery life of up to seven days and the built-in memory stores daily totals for the last 30 days and seven days of detailed motion data.

Simultaneously with the health tracker, Fitbit is also launching new content on its Premium service. In the news you can count on the training guidelines and mindfulness advice of actor Will Smith.
Users can also access relaxation tips from British magazine Calm, the fitness masterclass, among many other content including healthy eating guidelines and motivational and meditation content.
The Fitbit Premium subscription is available for $ 9.99 per month, about 8 euros, or alternatively, $ 79 per year (about 70 euros).
