Xiaomi’s next smartphone is about to hit the market. Through the Weibo social network, Xiaomi announced that the CIVI 2 will be presented in China next week, on September 27.
In this new generation of smartphone, the features that characterized the first model will be maintained. There will be a great commitment to the aesthetics of the device, but also because it is a light smartphone.
Xiaomi CIVI 2 will be associated with “Hello Kitty”
As can be seen in one of the revealed images, the smartphone will arrive with a partnership that will help sell many units. This is because you will have the help of the well-known “Hello Kitty” to do it.
The smartphone is expected to have a 6.56-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Something that is already known is that it will have a 50 MP main camera. This should be accompanied by an 8 MP and 2 MP ultrawide sensor that we see in the images, as a dual LED flash.
Xiaomi CIVI 2 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 is expected
It is expected with a slightly curved screen and a central hole for the 32 MP front camera. Recall that the original model came with the Snapdragon 778G processor, and this is expected with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1.
We can expect a 4,500mAh battery with 67W charging. Leaks point to versions with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. You can expect it to arrive with Android 12 and MIUI 13 on top.
Just like the previous generation, this should be a China exclusive model. But nothing prevents you from having a global version with a different appearance and name.
