The Chinese brand has already confirmed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be launched globally. But so far no specific date has been given for the long-awaited launch. Rumors say that the model could arrive in Europe between this month (May) and June.

However, the photo smartphone is still “negotiating” in the Chinese market, where it is already available. And now a new variant of the model with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage has been launched in that country.

But the news does not stop there. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra also gained three new color options. Namely: Starry Sky Blue, Cabernet Orange and Ginkgo Yellow. These shades are only available in configurations with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage capacity.

However, the variants with the new colors will only be available in limited quantities from May 6 and only in the Chinese market. The Chinese brand has already started the pre-reservation phase and interested users can already order their model for a price of 6,499 yuan (about 850 euros).

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is one of the most anticipated launches in Europe by brand users, especially by photography fans. All because in its camera configuration, the model includes the 50-megapixel Sony IMX 989 as its main sensor, one inch in size and a variable aperture between f/1.9 and f/4.0.

This same module also has three other sensors (ultra wide angle, telephoto and periscope) all with a resolution of 50 megapixels.

Another of its good arguments is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor that is housed inside and that works paired with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage.

In turn, the 6.73-inch AMOLED display offers Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. With 2600 nits of maximum brightness, this is one of the brightest panels on the smartphone market.

The list of specifications closes with a 5,000 mAh battery with support for fast charging at 90 watts and the MIUI 14 interface, based on the Android 13 operating system.
