Trailer of Siddharth Garima’s ‘Dukaan’ released, film releasing on this day

The trailer of author Siddharth-Garima’s film ‘Dukaan’ has been released. This is the first directorial film by Siddharth and Garima, who have written scripts for films like Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Raabta, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The trailer was released by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in Mumbai. We tell you that Siddharth-Garima wrote the song Satranga for Vanga’s film Animal.

The film Dukaan is based on the world of commercial surrogacy. This film shows the story of a girl named Jasmine. This film raises questions about the dignity, choice and freedom of women who choose surrogacy as a career. Monica Panwar plays the lead role in the film.

The two-minute and 39-second trailer for “Dukaan” begins with Monica Panwar’s character Jasmine, who, while talking to a child, says: “Our love story is a triangle.” Monica Panwar also stars Soham Majumdar, Sikandar Kher, Monali Thakur and Vrajesh Hirji important roles in the film.

Directed by Siddharth-Garima, the film Dukaan was produced by Amar Jhunjhunwala and Shikha Ahluwalia. The film will be released in theaters on April 5th this year.

Ahead of the release of the trailer of Dukaan, Siddharth-Garima had shared a post about the film on social media. He had written: ‘Dukaan’ is the fruit of love, a journey full of challenges. The making of this film is a triumph in itself. Victory of hope, faith and strength. Victory for all who dream and believe.

The director further wrote: “From script to film, from dream to reality, from fear to trust and here it is from us to you.” Just one thing – keep going, one day you will make it! Thank you to everyone who stuck together and thank you to everyone who couldn’t.
