TMNT: Mutant Mayhem – teaser, cast and synopsis for the next Ninja Turtles | Geek Lands

After keeping information about the film very secret, Paramount and Seth Rogen have revealed the cast and synopsis of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Premiering at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, Seth Rogen has announced that Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr, Nicolas Cantu and Brady Noon will play Donatello, Michaelangelo, Leonardo and Raphael, respectively. The group will also be joined by Ayo Edebiri from The Bear as April O’Neil, Jackie Chan as Splinter and a host of villains like Baxter Stockman by Giancarlo Esposito, Rocksteady by John Cena, Bebop by Seth Rogen, Genghis Frog by Hannibal Buress, Leatherhead by Rose Byrne and Wingnut by Natasia Demetriou.

Although this little teaser only lasts about twenty seconds, it shows our four turtles preparing their respective weapons and emerging from the sewers.

In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, after years of sheltering from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic deeds. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they are quickly overtaken by events when an army of mutants is unleashed on them.
