Born on February 20, 1988 in New York, USA, Jiah Khan’s real name was Nafisa. His father, Ali Rizvi Khan, is an American Indian while his mother, Rabia Amin, was a well-known Hindi film actress. Whereas, Jia made her Bollywood debut with Ram Gopal Varma’s film Nishabd. However, he got real recognition from the Aamir Khan starring blockbuster film ‘Ghajini’.

Nishabd’s name is taken first when Jiah’s Bollywood debut is mentioned, but she was first seen in the film Dil. Actually, Jia Khan played the child character of Manisha Koirala in this film, in which Jia’s performance was highly appreciated by the audience.

Aditya Pancholi’s son Suraj Pancholi was arrested in this case. A case was filed against Sooraj on the complaint of Jiah’s mother, Rabia, but the court recently released Sooraj. The court refused to accept Suraj’s hand behind Jiah’s suicide.
