1. Ishan Kishan

Ishaan Kishan got a place in the ODI World Cup for the first time. Ishaan has been showing excellent performances lately. He has won many games for Team India alone. He scored an inning of 82 runs at the Asian Cup against Pakistan. He has scored four half-centuries in the last four ODI innings. He secured a place in the World Cup as the second wicketkeeper.

2. Shubman Gil

The year 2023 was very good for Shubman Gill. He scored a double century against New Zealand and impressed everyone with his batting ability. He has developed an excellent partnership with captain Rohit Sharma in Shikhar Dhawan’s absence. He has 1514 runs in 29 ODIs for Team India including 4 Centurys.

6. Shardul Thakur

Shardul Thakur made his ODI debut for Team India in 2017. Under the guidance of Rohit Sharma, he has now received a place in the ODI World Cup for the first time. In addition to excellent bowling, he specializes in fast hitting through bottom sequence landings. He has won 59 wickets in 40 ODIs for Team India and scored 318 runs.
