The surprise reinforcement of Juventus for the winter market

As reported by the Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport and confirmed by Calcio Mercato, the Turin Juventus could get back to Luca Pellegrini in january.

The Italian defender is on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, but he is not having minutes or continuity. His evolution has stalled a bit and the Italian club wants him back so he can add more variants to Massimiliano Allegri for the second part of the season.

Luca Pellegrini: The next Juventus right-back for the future?

The Italian right-back would arrive to share a position with Juan Guillermo Cuadrado, who ends his contract in the summer of 2023 and everything seems to leave as a free agent in the summer. Pellegrini intends to compete to see if he can earn the job and stay as the starter for the long haul.

Juventus want to test him to see if he is ready to have the responsibility of being the team’s right-back for the short and long term. At only 23 years old, he has a long career ahead of him and a lot of talent to compete at the first level.
