Sonu Sood’s wife, Sonali, his sister, and nephew were involved in a major car accident on the Mumbai-Nagpur highway on Monday, March 24. As soon as the actor got the news, he rushed to the hospital. Now, he’s given an update on his wife’s health.
The hospital reported that Sonali and her sister suffered multiple injuries in the accident. Luckily, they didn’t have any internal injuries. Their nephew was discharged after receiving primary treatment. Sonali and her sister are still under observation at a private hospital in Nagpur, where they were admitted around 10:30 pm on Monday.
When the news broke, Sonu Sood immediately shared an update with his fans about his wife’s condition. He told India Today, “She’s okay now. Miraculously, she’s safe. Om Sai Ram.” The actor has been by their side since then, and the doctors are keeping a close eye on them. According to reports, their car collided with a truck in Nagpur.
Relatives were conscious when admitted
The hospital stated, “Sonali Sood, her sister, and nephew were brought to the emergency department of Max Hospital, Nagpur around 10:30 pm on Monday. They were injured in a road accident. All three patients were conscious.”
No internal injuries, luckily
The statement added, “They had multiple bruises and injuries, but fortunately, no internal injuries. Their nephew was discharged after primary treatment. Sonali Sood and her sister are under observation and are recovering. Their condition is stable.”
