‘Shaitan’ joined the Rs 100 crore club and broke the records of these films

“Shaitan” continues to dominate the box office. Even after 10 days of release, Ajay Devgan and R Madhavan starrer film is showing its magic in theaters and earning handsome revenue. The film’s collection surpasses the recently released films ‘Yodha’ and ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’. The film is doing good business not only at the domestic box office but all over the world.

With the collection of 10 days, ‘Shaitan’ has become a part of the 100 crore club at the domestic box office. According to Sacknilk’s report, the film made a big profit on the second Sunday and has grossed Rs 9.75 crore so far. With this, the total collection of Ajay Devgan action thriller film ‘Shaitan’ has reached Rs 103.05 crore.


By entering the Rs 100 Crore club, ‘Shaitan’ has beaten Ajay Devgan’s lifetime collection of many hit films. The film has broken the record set by the actor’s 2011 hit film ‘Singham’. “Singham” grossed a total of Rs 102.94 crore at the domestic box office. “Shaitan” also defeated “Bol Bachchan”. ‘Bol Bachchan’ released in 2012 and was a hit on the big screen. The film’s lifetime collection stood at Rs 102.94 Crore.

Apart from this, Ajay Devgan’s ‘Shaitan’ has also defeated ‘Shivaay’. Released in 2016, this film had grossed Rs 100.33 crore at the domestic box office and turned out to be average.

“Shaitan” has successfully earned good revenue all over the world. The film had joined the global 100 crore club long ago. The film has grossed Rs 133 million in 9 days.
