Salman Khan’s leading man ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ has been in the news ever since it was announced. Reports are now coming out that Salman Khan will soon start filming the movie in Mumbai. According to a report by Mid Day, the ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ crew is ready to turn on the cameras.
Before filming, director Farhad Samji’s teams have built two large sets. The report states that the crew will begin filming at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Vile Parle, where they have built a set that resembles a subway station. The team did not find it possible to film at the actual location, as the issue of crowd management would come up as an issue.
The shoot is reportedly expected to last 10 days, after which the crew will shoot for an extensive schedule at Mehboob Studio in Bandra. ETimes had previously reported that the film’s crew will begin filming at Salman’s favorite location, Mehboob Studio in Bandra, after which the cast will head to Hyderabad to shoot the second part of the film.
After the success of the movie ‘Antim’, Salman will be seen meeting with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. The film will also star Zaheer Iqbal and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. It is also reported that actress Shehnaaz Gill will be making her Bollywood debut with the film. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is currently considering a year-end release.
Apart from Kabhi Diwali, Salman will also appear in the Telugu film ‘Godfather’ which also stars Telugu icons Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara and Satyadev Kancharana. Salman also has Tiger 3 with him, which is due for release in 2023, and will also make a cameo appearance in Pathan, which is due for release on Republic Day next year. Pathan will star Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.
