Ricardo Arjona goes up to “Negro” and will publish a book in January

Ricardo Arjona celebrated the release of the album this Friday "Black", with which the project started with "White" in 2020, and in January 2022 the finishing touch will be published, the book "Black and white", which will include the CDs of the two albums, which "maintain a style and attitude faithful to real music".

The Guatemalan singer-songwriter, nominated for a Grammy for his project "Old fashioned", which with three million spectators became the concert via "streaming" most watched in the history of Latin America, released on October 8 the first single of "Black", titled "I saw myself (Self-portrait)".

Accompanied by a video clip of the recording of the song and an author session, Arjona reinvents himself in a sound from the 60s, recovering the essence of music as the main protagonist and, in his own words, "making a record that has everything that is not fashionable".

Tour. The artist announced on Friday that tickets for concerts at the Agganis Arena in Boston and the Prudential Center in New York as part of the US tour are already sold out.

The tour is now joined by an additional concert in New York on May 20, 2022.

The concerts of "Black and white" will take the multi-award-winning artist, 57, through the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada between March 24 and June 11, 2022.

In a statement, the company Loud and Live, which produces this new tour, highlighted that more than a million and a half people witnessed Arjona’s previous tour live, "Soledad Circus".
