South Korea’s public prosecutor says Terra’s founder, Do Kwon, is on the run. This while Do Kwon wrote yesterday that he was not on the run.

‘Do Kwon is not cooperating’

South Korea’s court has issued arrest warrants against Do Kwon and five others for violating the Capital Market Act. In doing so, the court insisted that Do Kwon should leave Singapore as soon as possible. However, Singapore police said Kwon was no longer in Singapore.

South Korea’s action against Do Kwon has caused the prices of Terra Classic (LUNC) and Terra (LUNA) to drop by 33% and 50% in a week.

The Public Prosecution Service in the southern district of Seoul says so contradicts Do Kwon. The OM claims that Do Kwon is clearly on the run. The comment came after Do Kwon tweeted that he was not on the run and they are fully cooperating with authorities. So there is clearly nothing wrong with that.

Prosecutors say Do Kwon has been on the run since the Terra-LUNA crisis that began in May. Most of Terra’s executives left South Korea and did not cooperate with the police investigations. That’s why prosecutors from Seoul’s southern district recently issued arrest warrants against Do Kwon and five others.

The prosecutors’ team also says it is working with Interpol to extradite the Singapore founder of Terra and have his passport invalidated. Prosecutors are currently working to locate Do Kwon’s whereabouts and will work with international authorities to arrest him.
