Three minors and three adults died in the shooting at a Christian private school in Nashville, in which the alleged attacker, identified as a 28-year-old woman, was killed by police. The young woman herself was carrying two rifles and a pistol.

The White House reacted to what happened by demanding that legislators take more action against assault weapons.

"How many more children have to be killed before Republicans in Congress will step up and pass the assault weapons ban? (…) "We must do more. (Biden) He wants Congress to act. Stop"said the spokeswoman for the US Presidency, Karine Jean-Pierre, at a press conference.
