Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kolyba said the parcels sent to Ukrainian embassies were part of a “planned campaign of terror and intimidation”.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko said packets sent to embassies in Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Croatia and Italy and to the consulates in Naples, Krakow and Brno were also soaked with a solution and contained a sharp offensive. There was a smell.
