Motorola X30 Pro: super camera setup confirmed

After an unexpected cancellation, Motorola rescheduled the official presentation of the X30 Pro for August 11.

This is expected to be the first smartphone to hit the market with a 200-megapixel super sensor, as the rear camera setup has now been inadvertently confirmed by an online retail site.

Everything was ready for Motorola to hold a big event on August 2 in China. But unexpectedly, the brand canceled everything, without providing any clarification about what happened. It is speculated that the tension between China and Taiwan led to the cancellation of the event.

Now, on August 11, the second attempt will be made to officially present the Moto X30 Pro. Meanwhile, a retail site confirmed the specifications of the rear and front camera configuration with which the device will hit the market.

In this way, it is confirmed that this will be the first smartphone to have the Samsung ISOCELL HP1 super sensor with a size of 1/1.22 inches and 200 megapixels of resolution. Also in the rear camera module there will be a wide-angle sensor with 50 megapixels and a telephoto lens 12 megapixels of resolution Already in the front area there will be another 60 megapixel super camera.

However, it is already known that the new top of the range will integrate the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 complemented by 8 or 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage capacity.

Also noteworthy is the battery. 4550mAh with support for fast charging 125 watts. This will also be the brand’s first smartphone with such fast charging. Otherwise, it will have an OLED screen of 6.67 inches with Full HD+ resolution and a high refresh rate of 144Hz.

Razr 2022 and Moto S30 Pro also arrive on August 11

On August 11, alongside the X30 Pro, the Razr 2022 and the Moto S30 Pro will also be unveiled. Let’s start with the new foldable.

According to the rumors spread so far, the Razr 2022 will arrive equipped with the processor Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 which will be combined with from to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB internal storage capacity.

The main screen will be P-OLED with 6.7 inches and Full HD+ resolution, as well as a refresh rate of 120Hz. The secondary display will be three inches, but we don’t yet know its resolution or refresh rate.

On the rear panel is then the new dual-camera setup that has a main sensor of 50 megapixels and an ultra wide with 13 megapixels of resolution. At the front, it will feature a 32-megapixel camera.

For its part, the Moto S30 Pro arrives with the processor snapdragon 888+ and in three different variants in RAM and internal storage. That is, with 8, 12 or 16 GB of RAM and 128, 256 or 512 GB of internal storage.

It will also integrate a 6.55-inch OLED screen with Full HD + resolution and a 4,270 mAh battery with support for 68-watt fast charging.

On August 11 we will confirm all the specifications of each of these models that, for now, are expected to only be available in the Chinese market.
