Late Pankaj Udhas will be honored at a prayer meet on March 2.

Ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas died on January 26 after a long illness. The late singer suffered from pancreatic cancer, which he only found out about four months ago. Pankaj was treated at the hospital and died during this time. The entire entertainment industry was deeply shocked by the death of the singer, who left the world at the age of 72. After his death, his last rites were performed on February 27, with the Mumbai Police also giving him the last salute.

Now details surrounding Pankaj Udhas’ condolence meeting have come to light. Late singer’s daughter Nayaab Udhas has shared all the information related to her father’s condolence meeting. Accordingly, the condolence meeting of Pankaj Udhas will be held on March 2, 2024 in Mumbai. The tribute to Pankaj Udhas will be paid from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Trident Hotel, The Rooftop, Nariman Point in the city.


The last rites of Pankaj Udhas were performed on February 27 at the Hindu Crematorium in Worli, Mumbai. He was given farewell with full state honors. Many Bollywood stars came during this time to say goodbye to him for the last time. These include stars like Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Zakir Hussain, Vishal Bhardwaj, Sunil Gavaskar, Papon, Vidya Balan and Shankar Mahadevan.
