LaLiga has sent a letter to the National Court in which it requests the judge in the Soule case to investigate the payments made by the Federation to the son of Enríquez Negreira. As published by Vozpópuli and AS has been able to confirm, The club employers request that the payment of 4,400 euros to Enríquez Romero be clarified during the years 2011 and 2016.
Javier Tebas’s institution has joined some points once the Negreira case has come to light. In May last year, LaLiga demanded explanations from the Federation upon discovering that there were 267 million euros without justification for the money he received from the clubs. Now, it points out that several of these invoices are related to the Negreira case. It is about the payment of 4,400 euros between 2011 and 2016 by the Federation to Enríquez Romero, son of the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees for coaching services and other meetings.
The intention of the employers is that the General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE) determines if there was a diversion of the funds that LaLiga provides to the federative entity. “As has been stated, the RFEF has not provided the supporting invoices for the recorded expenses, making it impossible to ascertain whether these could even have existed, or for what and for whom said services were provided, their duration, the price per hour, or who authorized their payment. The choice of the provider seems evident to what it responds to”affirms the letter sent to the National Court.
According to the document provided to justice, explanations are requested for the payment of 1,006.65 euros in the 2011-12 season; €600 in 12-13 and €820.48 in the following seasons. A figure that would reach 4,400 euros for coaching services and other meetings.
