Last night the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival was organized in Mumbai. On the other hand, a few hours after Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan received the Major Awards, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut posted on Instagram and shared the list of winners according to her, raising objections about it. I would like to congratulate this year’s Best Actor Rishabh Shetty (Kantara), Best Actress- Mrunal Thakur Sita Ramam, Best Film – Kantara, Best Director – SS Rajamouli (RRR), Best Supporting Actor – Anupam Kher (Kashmir Files), Best Supporting Actress – Tabu (Bhool Bhulaiyaa) The awards belong to them, come or no, it doesn’t matter if they are in it to attend or not)…there is no authenticity in film awards.After finishing the work here, I will make a proper list of all who I think deserve it…stay tuned.. . thank you”.
Kangana wrote in another post shared on Insta, “Nepo uses bug life names and contacts, the father he fawns over to get a job, if a self-made person comes, it destroys his career. Someone somehow survives and constantly complains about bullying.” , dismiss or discredit them by calling them jealous or crazy with cheap mob PR. These are your actions. While Alia won for her stellar performance in ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, Ranbir won for ‘Brahmastra Part One: Shiva’. While Varun Dhawan won the Critics’ Best Actor award for his performance in the film ‘Bhediya’.
