The Dominican José Rafael ‘Jumbo’ Díaz spent 13 years in the Minor Leagues and overcame four injuries to achieve his long-awaited debut at the age of 30 in the Major Leagues (MLB), but despite the hard road, he believes that his greatest success has been winning the Olympic bronze medal in Tokyo 2020.
