iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max: test reveals how long they take to charge

Later this week the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max began to reach early buyers. Although a short time has passed, it is already giving the first impressions of the equipment, and its loading speeds.

In the primary tests revealed by the filter DuanRui, no major improvements in the charging speed of the new iPhone 13 are revealed. For example, the iPhone 13 Pro Max achieves a maximum PD charge speed of 27W (with 30W charger).

The iPhone 13, the base model, managed to reach a maximum load of 21W in tests. The device has a 3240 mAh battery and the test confirms that it took 89 minutes to fully charge.

The smallest model in this family is the iPhone 13 mini, which has a 2438 mAh battery. However, this one has a maximum load of only 15W. This will take 87 minutes to fully charge.

One thing seems certain: loading speed is still a concern for Apple. The truth is, most users charge the device overnight and high speeds don’t matter in that case. But when we’re in a rush, these numbers can be considered ridiculous in the face of some competition.
