Sunil Shetty spoke openly about his love affair with Mana in an interview with The Ranveer Show. He said, ‘I fell in love with Mana as soon as I saw her, but at the time people thought she was a bully. She used to ride a bike, she had long hair and she had such a body that girls used to be with me all the time. Because of this, my image had become that of a bully in front of people.
The actor further said, “I used to meet Mana at four in the morning on Christmas and New Years, but she never complained to me.” When we first met, I found her very caring and sweet. She spent a year, two years, three years, four years and 9 years, but my parents did not accept this relationship. Mana’s parents started loving me from the first day. She got along well with her mother.
Sunil Shetty said that he had decided to marry Mana, but her parents refused. He told his parents that if he marries someone else, the relationship won’t last long. Sunil Shetty said: ‘I told my parents if I get married I’ll marry only this girl (supposedly), otherwise I won’t. I want the girl who enters my house and my life not to be the daughter-in-law of the house but the daughter and I think the job is done. After this, Sunil Shetty and Mana got married.
