Former Argentine President Alberto Fernández was indicted

He Former Argentine President Alberto Fernández was indicted by Federal Prosecutor Ramiro González for Alleged irregularities in taking out Anses insurance (National Social Security Administration) in its administration.

The Argentine newspaper Clarín reported that prosecutor González had indicted the former president, former Nación Seguros head Alberto Pagliano, and Héctor Martínez Sosa alleged crime of embezzlement of funds related to transactions in Anses with the Taking out pension insurance.

According to the news channel TN, the cause was oneThe audit carried out by the government of President Javier Milei which uncovered irregularities in the public institution related to insurance brokerage during Fernández’s term in office.

The complaint, according to Infobae, was filed by lawyer Silvina Martínez, the same person who promoted the presentations against former Argentine Vice President Cristina Kirchner in the Hotesur-Los Sauces cases.
