He Former Argentine President Alberto Fernández was indicted by Federal Prosecutor Ramiro González for Alleged irregularities in taking out Anses insurance (National Social Security Administration) in its administration.

The Argentine newspaper Clarín reported that prosecutor González had indicted the former president, former Nación Seguros head Alberto Pagliano, and Héctor Martínez Sosa alleged crime of embezzlement of funds related to transactions in Anses with the Taking out pension insurance.
