The National Association of Agricultural Professionals (ANPA) reported this Thursday afternoon that the members of that guild will carry out a “National Agricultural Way of the Cross”.
As detailed by this association, through a document released to the media, the viacrucis is part of the struggles that agricultural professionals sustain against the massive cancellations of technicians of that sector. Also, she is motivated by the high prices of basic products of the family basket.
The guild reported that the viacrucis will last four days. Those summoned will take a tour of the different guild delegations, starting from Dajabón to the National Palace.
Danilo Severino, head of the entity, explained the schedule of activities that will take place during the viacrucis.
At the end of the first day of the tour, it is estimated that the participants will cross Montecristi and Valverde. While on the second day they will visit the northern provinces Santiago and The Vega.
In that same order, on the third day they will be joined by the delegation from the Sánchez Ramírez province and on the last day they will travel to their final destination, the National District.
Once there, the offices of the association in Baní and San Cristóbal will join, all marching together towards the National Palace.
