From 1970 to 2021, the Dominican exports They have registered a volume of growth 80 times greater than their starting amount, as expressed by the president of the Dominican Association of Exporters (Adoexpo)Elizabeth Mena, who pointed out that in 1970 exports of goods and services they amounted to US$257 million and in 2021 they reached the historical record of US$20,509 million.
Mena participated in the act of putting into circulation a postal issue alluding to the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Adoexpo, in coordination with the Dominican Postal Institute (Inposdom), which highlights the achievements obtained in half a century of institutional life and its contribution to development economic of the country.
The president of Adoexpo pointed out that in recent years the growth of exports has been reflected, achieving in 2022 an export flow of US$12,459.5 million.

Mena highlighted that the figures show that the country has a resilient export sector, and pointed out that Adoexpo reaffirms its commitment to promote them, promoting innovation, diversification, internationalization and development of added services.
