The actual situation
Aryan Khan has appeared in court three times and his request for bail has been denied three times. The Supreme Court of Mumbai will reconsider your request. Aryan has been in prison since October 8.

Yesterday, a special court again denied Aryan Khan’s request for bail, as his WhatsApp chats appeared to reveal his involvement in “illegal drug activity.”

“WhatsApp chats reveal at first glance that the defendant, Aryan Khan, regularly deals in illegal narcotics. Therefore, it cannot be said that Khan is unlikely to commit a similar crime while on bail, ”Judge VV Patil said in his ruling. The court also said the evidence points to a “nexus” between Aryan Khan and the suppliers and smugglers.

The court added that while no drugs were found on Aryan Khan, he was aware of the approximately six grams of weed hidden in his friend Arbaaz Merchant’s shoe, amounting to “conscious possession.”
