Welcoming the new member of UNARED, Steven Puig, executive president of Banco BHD, said that “with this alliance we continue to grow and move towards the economic success of the country, transforming its economy to a more agile, efficient and innovative one to continue guaranteeing a superior banking experience”.

Meanwhile, Kelvin Alexis Fernández de Jesús, General Director of Channels and Digital Strategy of Banreservas, expressed his satisfaction with the expansion of UNARED, because it will benefit customers by facilitating access to a large number of ATMs available in various access points throughout the national geography.

José Antonio De Moya Cuesta, Executive Vice President and Mencía Altagracia Collado Hernández, Senior Administrative Vice President of Banco BDI, signed the incorporation agreement together with Steven Puig, Executive President of Banco BHD León and Kelvin Alexis Fernández de Jesús, General Director of Channels and Strategy Digital of Banreservas. With this agreement, Banco BDI ATMs will be available for use by UNARED users starting on July 26, 2022.

The ATMs of the affiliated entities are identified as part of the network by means of a visual badge. Its screens remain the same, as well as its functionalities, procedures, operations, transactions and other operational and service aspects.
