Attorney Jeremy Hogan Believes Ripple Lawsuit End Is Near

The Ripple vs. SEC is approaching, according to crypto-legal expert Jeremy Hogan. Hogan admits the motion’s timing is the only issue.

The end is near

According to Hogan, attorney and XRP proponent John Deaton has filed a letter claiming to represent 67,000 XRP holders.

This is in response to the SEC’s request to have an expert testify about what Ripple investors were thinking when they bought the sixth-largest crypto asset. This effort could turn things around, according to Hogan.

According to Hogan, the Court has granted the holders of XRP amicus status. However, they must first file a request with the judge. Deaton, therefore, seeks court leave to file an amicus brief in a Daubert case involving Mr. Doody is involved.

Hogan also notes that Amici is respectfully requesting permission to submit an amicus letter challenging the opinion of the expert, Patrick B. Doody. However, the court took into account the challenging difficulties when granting amici status. It is noteworthy that amici’s counsel just learned of Mr. Doody on the behavior of individual XRP holders like amici.
