Afghanistan: Suicide blast in Kabul, 6 people killed, many injured

6 people were killed and many injured in a suicide blast in front of the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Afghanistan. Security forces cordoned off the area and started investigation.

Afghan police confirmed the suicide blast in capital Kabul. Security spokesman Khalid Zardan said the suicide bomber was stopped at the Foreign Ministry checkpoint before reaching the target, where he detonated the blast.

He says that many civilians were killed and injured in the suicide blast, security personnel are also among the injured.

According to the report, no group has yet claimed responsibility for the Kabul blast.

It should be noted that since the establishment of the Taliban government in Afghanistan, many attacks have been carried out by Daesh, for which the organization has also accepted responsibility.
