10.- The appearance of the dog pool

If we had already known with the appearance of Wolverine that we were facing a multiverse film, The appearance of Dogpool only confirms that Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy will be using all sorts of cards in this next volume.

And that’s it Dogpool is nothing but the canine version of Deadpool. The little dog’s name is Wilson and he comes from Earth 103173. where he becomes disfigured while gaining powers after they use him to test cosmetics on him.

In the scene where Ant-Man’s corpse base of operations appears (although it appears to be from another universe) It features several X-Men villains such as Azazel, Lady Deathstrike, Pyro, El Ruso, Callisto and Toadamong others.

If you remember, characters like Lady Deathstrike and Azazel we met herFox’s X-Men franchisewhich we met in the early 2000s and which is now owned by Disney and Marvel after purchasing 20th Century Fox in 2019.

8.- The allusion to the extinct 20th Century Fox

Speaking of which: In minute 33 of the new trailer we see the logo of the defunct studio that destroyed the rights to Deadpool and the X-Men. A clear indication of a new stage in the history of both characters after Disney’s purchase of Fox.

Furthermore – or perhaps we are delirious – Also You can see the part of a ship that would be a reference to the Titanic. One of the highest-grossing films in history and was distributed internationally by 20th Century Fox in 1997.

7.- The reference to Iron Man

At minute 1:55 you can see a vintage car in what appears to be a chase. Although it is not clear who manages it, Fans believe it may be Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) himself.as the car has a logo with Iron Man’s face.

Not only that. The car looks like the 1932 Ford Flathead Roadster That’s what we saw in the billionaire superhero and scientist’s first two films (yes, the one Tony worked so hard on), so Many hope that Tony Stark is still alive in this universe.

6.- The funny reference to the creator of Deadpool

Ryan Reynolds is a genius when it comes to giving funny winks. And it couldn’t have been clearer the image of the store that appears at minute 1:20 as Wolverine and Deadpool walk through an area destroyed

Yes, we think “Leifield’s: Just Food”a business that was attacked and that a direct reference to Rob Liefeld, One of the creators of Deadpool, who was criticized in the 90s for the way he drew the feet of the characters in the X-Men comics.

In the face of criticism, Liefeld decided to hide or cut off his characters’ feet in virtually all of his drawings. So apparently the name of the store that appears in the trailer for Deadpool & WolverineIt is a satire on criticism of the feet.

5.- The interdimensional portal of… Doctor Strange?

Marvel fans already know by now that interdimensional portals are widespread. However, we have to say this Many of us couldn’t have imagined seeing one in this new trailer (found at minute 2:12) of Deadpool & Wolverine.

Naturally the first character we think of when we see one of these interdimensional portals (in this case you can’t see what’s on the other side) is in the Doctor Strange, Although It could also be the work of Karl Mordo or WongAllies of Strange.

The Devourer of Variants and Protector of The Void What we saw in the Loki series appears in the trailer, engulfing the area where Ant-Man’s skull and Cassandra Nova’s headquarters are located. What are the chances of seeing Ravonna Renslayer in this new film?

3.- This Wolverine is another one that we have seen in the films of the 2000s

We won’t deny it: the majority We’re excited to see Hugh Jackman play Wolverine for the ninth time and seven years after his last appearance in ‘Logan’, 2017 film in which the superhero dies at the end.

Taking this into account and after hearing in the trailer that Wolverine abandoned his entire world and diedwe’re starting to get a sense that this Wolverine is different than the one in these films and that’s why he’s now dealing with not feeling like a hero.

2.- Cassandra Nova and the allusion to Professor

Cassandra Nova is the villain in this film and if this is how she became known to many, it is no coincidence: Nova is the evil twin sister of Charles Xavier, who we commonly know as Professor and she is filled with a desire for revenge against her brother for trying to kill her when they were both in the womb.

She is the villain of the X-Men for obvious reasons and it is interesting to see that she also shares mental powers with her brother, even though she He also has other abilities such as telekinesis and body shifting. to name a few.

1.- The bar scene and Wolverine

In the trailer for “Deadpool & Wolverine” we see how Wade Wilson comes to talk to Wolverine, who is sitting in a bar where he is not welcome and who shows his claws when threatened by Deadpool. Does this scene sound familiar?

Of course that It’s because of the scene from the first “X-Men” film, where Wolverine has the same reaction after fighting someone who recognizes him as a mutant in a bar. Actually, We’re not sure, but the bar counter in question appears to be the same.
