After Jakub Guretzky and Jason Aguilar lost their lives in the last two days, Thannaphet Kusuwan has been confirmed dead today following an accident on the Buriram circuit. The young Thai rider, who was testing for the Honda Thai Talent Cup, hit the Honda NSF 250 that he was riding at the time on the Thai track.
Unfortunately, the emergency services could not do anything to save his life and the organization confirmed his death in one of the worst spells for motorcycling. The series of accidents in which young promises are being involved continues unabated and both Dorna and the FIM reacted at the time by raising the age limits for different competitions.
