Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite should debut with 120Hz OLED display similar to the Redmi K40

The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite has just leaked on the internet – the inexpensive version of the Mi 11 is rumored to be bringing a next-gen E4 OLED display.

In other words, we are talking about the same screens that are included in the recently launched Redmi K40 series. Apparently the only difference between Xiaomi’s top-end Lite model and the Redmi would be the placement of the selfie camera.

This is because in the Redmi K40 the front camera is located in the center, but it would be located in the upper left corner, in the case of the Mi 11 Lite. The Mi 11 Lite panel is expected to feature 6.67-inch resolution and Full HD+, in addition to supporting a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

There is no indication of the presence of a biometric reader, which suggests that it will be included in a button on the side, as well as in the Redmi K40 series – in the case of the Mi 11 Lite, the sides will not the may not provide a metallic finish.

As for the rest of the specs, the Mi 11 Lite is expected to debut with a Snapdragon 775 processor, 6 or 8 GB of RAM, 64 or 128 GB of internal storage and a 4,150 mAh battery, with support for a fast charge of 33 watts.

For the cameras, at the rear we can expect a triple set with a main sensor of 64 MP and two other modules of 8 MP and 6 MP. The smartphone should be made official in March and should help Xiaomi to conquer even more market.

The brand is currently the third largest smartphone maker in the world.
