Xiaomi no longer needs to apply for a license to introduce new products to the global market. This is what happened with their new cheap Smart TVs presented this Monday: the Xiaomi TV P1E.
Two models are part of this new line of televisions, one of 43 “and the other of 55” inches. And to be an entry-level product, with an attractive price, they are finished in plastic.
The main features of the new Xiaomi TV P1E
As expected from these products, both models will hit the market with Ultra HD 4K resolution panels. They will be able to reach the standard refresh rate of 60Hz. Both models arrive with support for HDR10.
Regarding the sound, the two models have differences by size. The 43 ”version has a system with two 8W speakers, while the 55” model has two 10W speakers. Both models are compatible with Dolby Audio and DTS-HD.
They feature a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage. Like all other models from the manufacturer in global markets, they have Android TV with Chromecast and Google Assistant built in.
The price and availability of Xiaomi TV P1E have not been revealed yet
Xiaomi launched the new TVs on its global page. However, the manufacturer has not yet shared the price and the dates on which these new Smart TVs will be available in markets such as Portugal.
Suffix “E” and features indicate they will be cheaper than the previously released P1 line. Remember that the 55 ”-in version of this line has a base price of € 649 in Portugal, and the 43” -in version costs € 449.
