According to the latest published information, the Xiaomi flagship 12 should be officially presented on December 16.
And it seems that it will not come just because the smartphone presentation event is scheduled to last four hours.

Several different sources advance that the Xiaomi 12, the next flagship of the brand, will be unveiled in less than a month, on December 16.
Best of all, Xiaomi may have had other surprises in store for this long-awaited occasion. All because the main smartphone presentation event is scheduled for four hours.
So it seems that during the four hours, Xiaomi will officially present the 12 series, with the Pro and Ultra models at least the MIUI 13 interface and even an updated version of the Xiaomi Mix Fold folding smartphone.

With all this equipment, four hours doesn’t seem like a long time. But several leakers and tech experts are eager to fill the remaining days until December 16 with information on upcoming Xiaomi devices, especially the next high-end from the Chinese brand.
In that regard, the Xiaomi 12 is expected to be equipped with a 2K resolution AMOLED display with a higher refresh rate and to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming processor, the Snapdragon 898.
It was also announced that the terminal will have a battery with support for fast charging of 120 watts and a triple camera rear configuration, with a primary sensor of 50 megapixels of resolution. It is quite possible that the Xiaomi 12 will not be available for purchase before the beginning of 2022.
Other Xiaomi-related news points to the company’s plans to become a leader in the Chinese smartphone market. In this sense, the Chinese brand wants to triple its local network of 10,000 stores, that is, 30,000, in the next three years.
