The FC Barcelona is going through a difficult time. Despite signing the best transfer market in its entire history, the Blaugrana team is working against the clock to try to register all the additions plus renewals so that they can debut on the first day of LaLiga. Right now, they can’t play Franck Kessié, Andreas Christensen, Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski, Jules Koundé, Ousmane Dembélé and Sergi Roberto.
Given this situation, Xavi Hernández could be forced to have to use only 17 footballers who are currently registered with LaLiga. He still has the possibility of putting together a competent eleven capable of competing, but he is not so excited in the absence of all the new stars that have been incorporated this summer.

The eleven would be very similar to last season, but without counting on the sales and with several young talents in the squad: Eric García, Ronald Araújo, Gavi, Pedri and Ansu Fati. It is also expected that some discards such as Frenkie de Jong, Memphis Depay and Martin Braithwaite may have minutes.
