Carlos Ventura scored the only goal of the game and Cibao FC beat Moca FC 1-0, in the semifinal match of the Dominican Soccer League (LDF), held at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra stadium.

Ventura made a spectacular headed goal after receiving a pass from Juan David Díaz, for the only vulnerability that the goals of both elevenths received.
