Sofia: Two days ago, at least 45 people were killed in a bus fire on a highway in the European country of Bulgaria, but now the authorities have stated the terrible cause of the accident.

According to foreign media reports about the burning bus in Bulgaria, it was claimed that 30,000 crackers and a ton of oil were being smuggled to northern Macedonia in the secret tank of the bus.

According to the initial report of the accident, the fire broke out in the front part of the bus.

According to media reports, firecrackers exploded due to a fire in the oil, which did not give the passengers time to get off the bus and most of the passengers were burnt alive.

Forty-five people, including 12 children, were killed in the tragic accident. Seven of the burn victims were taken to hospital for medical treatment, who later told police that the scene of the blaze felt like a horror movie. There was screaming and screaming, the children were burning but there was no one to save them.

However, the role of the allegedly smuggled oil and firecrackers in the blaze has not yet been confirmed by authorities, which is investigating.
