Who will win the World Test Championship title? Virat Kohli revealed before the match

The final match of the World Test Championship between India and Australia will be played today at the Kennington Oval in London. Team India would like to end their 10-year drought in the ICC tournament by winning this match. At the same time, the Australian team’s eyes will be on winning the World Test Championship for the first time. Even before the start of the title match, Virat Kohli has said who will win.

Former India captain Virat Kohli believes whoever (India and Australia) best suits the conditions at The Oval will emerge victorious in the World Test Championship final, starting on Wednesday. Kohli acknowledged the challenges on the green court and urged his team to approach the game with caution and focus.

“I think The Oval will be challenging, we won’t get a flat wicket and the batsmen need to be careful. We need to focus on our concentration and discipline,” Virat Kohli said on Star Sports’ Follow the Blues. So you have experience of playing according to the conditions and we can’t expect the Oval court to play the way it always does so we have to adjust and adapt, we’ve only got one game on a neutral ground so even better of the same stick will win the match”.

King Kohli further said: “That’s the beauty of the World Test Championship, two neutral teams without home advantage, so it will be very exciting to see how the two teams adapt to the conditions.”

So far, a total of 106 test matches have been played between India and Australia, in which Australia has the upper hand. The Kangaroo team has won 44 times out of 106 matches played while the Indian team has won 32 matches. 29 tests between the two ended in a draw and one match ended in a draw. The first test match between the two was played in 1947.

Earlier, in February-March this year, the four-match Test-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy was played between the two teams, in which the Indian team won 2-1. Although this series was played in India, in which India maintained its dominance.
