Vivo is set to launch its flagship smartphone, the X200s, alongside the X200 Ultra in April 2025. This powerful device is expected to boast impressive specs, a stunning camera system, and a sleek design.

Recently, Han Boxiao, a product manager at Vivo, took to Weibo, a major Chinese social media platform, to confirm some of the X200s’ specs. According to him, the device will be the first in the market to utilize the power of MediaTek’s latest flagship chip, the Dimensity 9400+.

The Dimensity 9400+ is scheduled to launch on April 11, 2025. This chip boasts an overclocked CPU speed of 3.70 GHz, up from 3.63 GHz in the Dimensity 9400, and a faster graphics chip. Its main goal is to compete with Qualcomm’s flagship chip, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which has a speed of 4.32 GHz.

Key Features

The vivo X200s will feature a 6.67-inch LTPS OLED screen made by BOE, a major Chinese display manufacturer. It will also have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

Additionally, Han confirmed that the X200s will come with a bypass charging system, which will draw power directly from the adapter without storing it in the battery.
