The new X Note is presented today as Vivo’s new flagship and comes with several premium arguments, starting with the elegant design, made of glass and that gives the same touch sensation as any leather garment. Therefore, it will be quite comfortable to use.

But what stands out most about this terminal is the huge seven-inch screen that occupies the front of the new device. Certified with a DisplayMate A+ rating, the display offers Quad HD+ resolution, i.e. 3080×1440 pixels, along with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1500nits peak brightness, and a 21:10 aspect ratio.

But there is more: under the screen of the Vivo X note there is an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner that offers a larger recognition area, allowing the terminal to be unlocked more easily by its owner.

Processor, RAM and internal storage

As a top terminal that it is, the Vivo X Note comes equipped with Qualcomm’s latest premium chip, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. This, in turn, is combined with 8 or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It should also be noted that the terminal also has the V1 chip, owned by the brand, for image optimization.

As for the internal UFS 3.1 storage, it offers capacities of 256 GB and 512 GB. Vivo X note even runs Google’s latest operating system, Android 12.

battery and cameras

The terminal is powered by a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. According to Vivo, the new smartphone can be fully charged in about 32 minutes.

In the optical section, the X Note arrives with a renewed rear camera configuration design, which is now housed in an island of considerable size that does not go unnoticed.

On this island there is then a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 12-megapixel third sensor and even an eight-megapixel resolution telephoto sensor.

Like the brand’s folding X Fold, the optics of this smartphone also have the Zeiss signature. At the front is an 8-megapixel camera.

Vivo did not provide information on a possible global launch of the terminal, but in the Chinese market the Vivo X Note starts at 870 euros in its most basic variant with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
