Vivo just launched its S30 series – two new mid-range smartphones.
The standard S30 has a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen. It’s fast, with a 120Hz refresh rate. Inside, it’s got a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip. This chip is made with 4-nanometer tech and can run up to 2.8 GHz.
Meet the S30 Pro Mini
The S30 Pro mini has a 6.31-inch AMOLED screen. It uses LTPO tech, which helps save battery life. It also has a 120Hz refresh rate. The Pro mini is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip, made with 4-nanometer tech. It can run up to 3.4 GHz.


Both phones have big 6,500mAh batteries. They also support 90W fast charging. The S30 Pro mini is a bit smaller and lighter. It’s also more resistant to water and dust, with an IP68/69 rating. The standard S30 has an IP64 rating.
Camera Capabilities
Both phones have three rear cameras:
- A 50-megapixel main camera, with a Sony sensor
- A 50-megapixel periscope zoom lens, with 3x zoom
- An 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens
The front camera is also 50 megapixels. Both phones have in-screen fingerprint scanners and run on OriginOS 5, based on Android 15.
