Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced Tuesday plans to prepare his country for “the most difficult winter of all years of independence” due to “Russian aggression.”

Another important aspect discussed at Tuesday’s meeting was the repair program for thermal power plants, combined heat and power plants and boiler rooms, especially for those that were damaged or completely destroyed by Russian attacks.

"The implementation of this program in the coming months is one of the main tasks of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine"Zelensky said.
