Trump’s Controversial Proposal: ‘Immigrant Bout’ Championship

Donald Trump proposes to the president of the UFC to create a competition made up of immigrants: "Gang members and murderers"

The 2024 US presidential elections are fast approaching, and campaign events are already underway. Donald Trump, the Republican candidate, has been making headlines with his recent rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he addressed a crowd of devoted supporters. The event was held in front of a lectern bearing the iconic “Make America Great Again” slogan.

In his speech, Trump did not hesitate to lash out at his political opponents, including the current president and leader of the Democrats, Joe Biden. He accused Biden of being corrupt and referred to him as “the worst president in history.” Trump also sought to strengthen his standing in Pennsylvania, a state he narrowly lost in the previous presidential election.

However, it was Trump’s comments about immigrants that garnered the most attention. He referred to them as “drug dealers, gang members, and murderers” and highlighted cases of crime involving immigrants. He also called for the creation of an all-immigrant fighting league, suggesting that the winner could earn a significant amount of money.

Trump made the proposal during a rally, where he encouraged his friend Dana White, the president of the UFC, to start such a league. “You’re going to start a new fighting league just for immigrants…And at the end of the year, the migrant champion is going to fight your champion, and I hate to tell you, Dana, that I think the migrant is going to win. That’s how tough they are,” Trump exclaimed.
