TP-Link features a WiFi router that moves its antennas to improve coverage

Network electronics company TP-Link today unveiled a strange WiFi router prototype called Archer AXE200 Omni.

The router has Four antennas that unfold when turned on, rotate and move automatically to provide the best possible signal to users.

Introducing the new router, TP-Link says the new design eliminates “The need to manually adjust antennas, automatically optimizing to provide the best Wi-Fi connections to all devices.”

The router supports WiFi 6E, so you can use the 6GHz band in addition to the usual 2.4 and 5GHz bands.

It has two Multi-Gig ports, including a 10Gbps LAN port and a 2.5Gbps WAN / LAN port. This is the first Wi-Fi 6E router announced to have two Multi-Gig ports.

The router has a 2GHz quad-core CPU and “Lots of system memory and flash storage.” Your price will be $499.99 and will arrive throughout 2022.

TP-Link also launched the quad-band router Archer AX300, which shares the same design as the Archer AX200. The AXE300 features WiFi 6E with two 5 GHz bands (duplicate) in addition to the 6 and 2.4 GHz bands.
