Tous online sales account for 20% of total turnover

TOUS has launched its new application worldwide to offer a more personalized experience to its customers. The application can now be downloaded at google play and app store. Thus, the company strengthens its commitment to the omnichannel and innovation through an avant-garde project in the jewelery sector.

The application, with an innovative design in line with the brand image, allows improve the shopping experience with functionalities in the personal areal such as managing key dates, product preferences and sizes, access to the purchase history and access to the certificates of authenticity of the jewels. Likewise, the client will be able to manage the exclusive privileges of the MY TOUS program and have real-time tracking of orders. In addition, customers will receive the latest news and exclusive promotions.
