Xiaomi recently launched two smartphones aimed at the mid-range and high-end market in global markets. These are the Xiaomi 11T Pro and Xiaomi 11T. If the former had already fallen short in DxOMark’s photography tests, this is even more pronounced on the cheaper model.
Both have the same camera configuration, with a 108 MP main sensor, accompanied by an 8 MP ultrawide and 5 MP macro. The big difference is that the 11T uses the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.
Even with the same camera hardware, the Xiaomi 11T only achieves 108 points in the DxOMark tests, compared to 117 points for the 11T Pro. These results place it on a par with the OnePlus Nord (108), and below the Xiaomi Mi 11. Lite (111).

Weaknesses of the Xiaomi 11T cameras
The Xiaomi 11T is still an interesting smartphone. However, based on these tests it is not ideal if you are looking for the best equipment for photography. Within the brand’s assets you will find other high-quality options, such as the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra (143) or the Xiaomi Mi 11 (120).
